Recruiting Ideas and
Tips
Recruiting new team members is
just as important as booking shows. The more you recruit the closer you
are to a higher earning potential and more business options. Do not let
recruiting scare you, because it can be done without feeling like you
are harping at anyone or pushing off on anyone.
If someone sees that you truly
enjoy yourself at your shows, she is more likely to ask questions than
if you push the idea to much. Here are some creative ways to recruit and
get the word out about the opportunity. Each suggestion has been
submitted by a fellow mom in business!

1
- At
each show you do, make sure you take a minute to talk about
the benefits of the company. The income potential, no 9-5
and so on. Also, tell everyone why you like the business and
what the business has done for you. DO not bore anyone with
it, so try and make it fast.

- Depending on the cost of the companies kits, sometimes
recruits just do not have the money to purchase a kit
and will say they are not interested, to avoid being
embarrassed about tell you they can not afford a kit. If you
have someone interested in joining but can not afford to
purchase the kit , offer him or her the chance to join for
free. Tell them they can have a show, (you pick the dollar
amount that needs to be sold) and the profits of the show
will purchase the kit, or go towards the price of the kit.
This is a great way to help a new recruit get started
without any investment. ***Shelly Allen***

3 - After
each show, call each guest to check in and see how they like
what the ordered. While you are on the phone mention the
opportunity and let them know that if he or she is looking
for extra holiday money or a full time income that it can
happen. The worst response you can get is a no!

4 - Create
The Six Types Of Consultants flyer to include in all
hostess packs using the following info and just change the
business name to your business. This flyer will spark
someone attention. No matter how they join or why they join,
each new recruit is just as important as the one that wants
a full time career.
